That's actually a concept picture that was drawn by a DodgeForum member, burningman. His name's Doug Schramm and he's an awesome artist. You can see more of his stuff in the ChopShop, or you can visit his site -=-=-=->Doug's Site
also, that article is dated from July of last year and it's widely known now in '06 that Dodge has produced a Challenger concept car
plus, where does it say 71 Cuda anywhere?
and this gives full credit to Doug and says right off it's a photoshop job:

I wasn't too sure about the copyright laws concerning the artist's rendering of the Challenger in R&T, so rather than reproduce it here and get sued I pulled a photoshop job by Doug Schramm off of Autospies instead. I actually like this rendering better than R&T's, even though it's oozing retro from every orifice.
that guy has some mad skillz, i tell you what. But ill tell you one thing, if chevy ever came out with that concept 200x Corvette Stingray that he made on there... id trade my truck, my dog, my GF and all the money i have to get one of those... well maybe not my dog
That Chevy Corvette Stingray 1968-1980ish is the sickest car ever produced on this planet IMHO!!!
Again, props to the artist, you are badass bro
-David
EDIT: i wish he had a frontal pic though... those waves on the front of the car are just plain awsome
