door handle
what up to everyone..Some punk broke into my truck and stole my Alpine DVD player, Orion amp, Custom suede box w/JL w6 inside, cause he couldnt get in buy the door lock he threw a rock threw the driver window..Frinken sucks, truck has always been in mint condition. But anyways sorry for the long story, I wanted to know if the rear door handle(one with out a key lock) on the 4 dr will fit on my driver door on my 2dr truck. hope that made sense. Thanks for your guys time.
I know on my quad cab the rear door handles are just a little bit different than the front door handles, I don't know if they will still fit, but I know they are not the same.
Hey sorry to hear some punk did that to your truck. so you had no alarm on it? i have been thinking of buying the chrome door handle covers for my truck which you can get the passanger side with the keyhole covered and then i would just cover the driver side before installing.
but as in figuring out they usually break a window specially if they are tinted or they go under the door handle with a driver. something i will be working on a solution whenever i get a chance.

Sorry to hear about that man. As soon as I got my Ram I had an alarm installed. I can't stand people that take from others. No mercy man.
There was another thread on hear about a year ago about 2nd Gen rams being easy to break into by going under the driver's side handle with a screwdriver. Did they actually make it in, Sam? Supposedly Dodge found out and fixed the problem but I'd like to hear it from you.
As for the window, I found out from the cops that thieves will break the most expensive window usually, just to spite you. On small cars, its the small rear door windows. @$$holes.

yah it had an alarm, but we dont arm it when we park in are stall on are property, cause it is a gaurd gated place(oh and it is an aftermarket alarm). Now everyone arms there cars around here. They tried to open the lock with a screw driver but they just threw a rock threw the window. Hopefully the property managment pays for the things they stole and damaged. Sucks that I had high quality audio/video system in there.thanks for the posts.
