Got A Question About A Truck

Well i was at a dealership today and was looking at a truck...

It is a 02 or 03 dodge ram, i noticed it had DD Edition, on it... i have no clue what that is and was wondering if anyone could let me know what exactly that is. To me it looked like a normal dodge ram. Im just not sure.

So if anyone knows please let me know
