replacing lifter in 4.7 - easy?

I've got a bad lifter (valve lash adjuster) on the passenger side bank. 2002 Ram 1500 4.7. How hard is it to replace? Any special tools required?

you would have to remove the intake to get at it would be lot of work but should not be to hard to do.
