Default side bed cap & rails with Access cover

Buying an Access tonneau for my truck but still want to protect the sides and fill in the stake pocket holes. Was looking at side bed caps or rails. Anyone ever try the ProRails by BAK Industries? Will the clamping system of the cover be affected by the bed cap? Or vice versa? My truck is black so should I go SS or powder coat?

Tried the ProRails by Bak Industries but they were a PITA to put on. Even the dealer had a hard time. They also didn't seem that strong. Went with stainless steel Putco bars instead. They are a lot sturdier and look good on the truck.

Best I have found are the Stainless Rail caps offered by DeeZee. I'm on my 2nd set, only paid $111.00 on www.autoanything.com.
