Brake Controller
My truck came with the same pigtail set. It's supplied from the factory as part of the towing package so that you can splice into your controller wiring. I was planning on using it until I found this premade wiring harness that plugs right into the truck and controller. http://www.rvwholesalers.com/catalog...productid=1949
For the twelve bucks that it costs, it wasn't even worth taking the soldering iron out of the tool box.
rvwholesalers.comhad the lowest price on the Prodigy that I found at the time, and got my stuff in two days.

On the left side of the brake pedal, tucked up under the dash.

For what it's worth, I've got a Primus controllor mounted on the left of the steering column (and no, I never hit my knees getting in/out.

Thanks for the compliment phlytyer.
That's correct. It's just a pressure fit.
I used a thin piece of cardboard as a shim under the pad to help lock it in place.
It's stayed in place perfectly since I put it in. Even with a few panic stops where I had to jam on the brake lever, it didn't move a bit.
