Default Choke Point on HEMI '06?

Does anybody know where the choke point is in the HEMI? The air box? Header? Catalytic converter (I heard the catalytic converter is no good)? Exhaust?

IIRC, the Cats are of the newer honeycomb style and not the small pellet bb style. It is kinda like a mesh screen. Of course that is a restriction point. Also, look at the Y where the two exhaust banks meet. You'll notice one side isn't nice and round, kinda like a squished oval. Just remember that the backpressure also allows for torque down low. Open up the entire exuast and you'll move your torque curve up the RPM band as well.
