I've seen conflicting specifications between the owner's manual and the service manual. Some references specify 95 ft lbs. Other places specificy 135 ft lbs. I routinely torgue to 140 ft lbs using a torque stick on an air driven impact wrench on my 2005 1500 QC w/20s in the summer and 17s in the winter. BTW, 2500 and 3500 are 135 ft lbs consistently between the driver's manual and service manual.

Use the 95 ft/lbs. The higher 135 ft/lbs is the old recommendation.....until they started getting even more warped rotors. I do it in 2 stages. Once at 50 ft/lbs and the other at 95 ft/lbs. That is what I did when I rotated the tires.

The spec is 130 +/-20 ft*lbs. Warped rotors was from them overheating, not from lug nut torque.
