Default Shifting problems with superchips?

I installed a superchips FlasPaq last week and I have a problem with the shifts.
At WOT i have a lag of about a full second when shifting from first to second, the RPM's dont seem to drop, and when it does shift,it shifts good and hard.
I have tried installing both the performance setting and the 87 octane setting, does the same either way.I have the shift point set at 6000 Rpm
I have been on-line and updated the programmer, still no change,Superchips support is stumped also. Has anyone else had this problem?

On a different note, the performance gains were substantial, even at the 87 octane setting it runs better than stock! It was a pleasent surprise!

My 04 Hemi ram did the same thing with the SC FlashPaq. Turn the rpm limiter up in 50 rpm incriments until you like the shift. You can't go past 6300 and it varies truck to truck. You do need to be higher than 6000. IIRC I'm at 6150 and I am pleased with it.

Good Luck.
