Default 2002 Ram tranny cooler

I noticed that my oem trans cooler is leaking, it least I believe its my tranny cooler, since I've had to add tranny fluid. The cooler is in front on the radiator, above a smaller cooler. My question is does anyone sell the tranny cooler wholesale. I called Dodge and they quoted me over $300 for the cooler plus a fuild flush. If anything I can post a pic to make sure we are all on the same page

You might want to consider going after market for the cooler. You'll most likely end up with a much better product at a much lower price. Measure the size of the fin area, the tubing outside diameter and the number of passes made. Then go shopping.

Any trans shop should be able to fix that up for considerably less money.

A large selection of aftermarket coolers are available. When I used to tow heavy trailers with my two older Chevy's I bought huge coolers without a problem. Heat supposedly kills trannys and if the fluid goes through a extra cooler to cool the fluid then through the radiator to bring the temperature back up to where it should be you should be ok. Some coolers are even available with a fan mounted to them.

I had a huge aftermarket tranny cooler put in my last dodge for $150.00 and that included labor.
