My 04 1500 4x4 with 22k on it, shudders in the rear when crossing railroad tracks, or similar road conditions. It's annoying, and I've decided to get new shocks. Which ones are the best bang for the buck? I don't really need bells and whistles like adjustability. Just some decent shocks that will make the truck ride like it should. Also, who has the best prices? Thanks in advance.

 

People like the bilstein's, I just ordered the Monroe Reflex shocks, ~$180 for the set. I should have them in a few days, then I'll post a report

 

You will never see the difference between a good set of gas shocks from Sears and the expensive name brand ones. That is all I ever put on my past trucks with larger than stock tires, ran great.
