Recurring DTC

04-up Hemi guys. I have a recurring DTC (P0601: Internal Module Memory Check Sum Err)? I just bought a Superchips, I keep clearing this DTC with it, turn vehicle off, back on - DTC is back. Cycle continues. Has anybody experienced this? Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.
