Default Aftermarket parts for the 4.7

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram Quad cab with a 4.7 and am having problems finding aftermarket parts for it, like cams, pistons, and other engine parts.
Thanks for any help.

Would that be performance parts or stock?
I doubt there are any performacne parts for the 4.7 except to swap in a HEMI which is the best thing to do

Im still kinda new to this upgrade thing and I have a 4.7L too, there is several guys on here with 4.7L that have many upgrades that run perty dang quick. we have a guy called AIRRAM that has a 2002 4.7L and he has done almost everything in the book for upgrades. He will tell you the first thing for performance is the 4.56 gears, then there is a whole list of things to do after that.

Swapping it for a HEMI will be a great power upgrade, but will all the pressure with dealing with the dealership, another sales guy, the new lease, paying off your truck, and probably end up upside down on payments for a few years, not to mention a few more years of payments (since you have a 2002 you are or are close to being payed off). so if you put your money into the truck you already have, it will be fine. AIRRAM, as im sure with some others, have equiped thier 4.7L with stuff that will leave the HEMI (stock or minor upgrades) in the dust asking if your 4.7L is really a HEMI debadged.

So give it a bit and see if someone respondes, but there are quite a bit of stuff out there for the 287,
-David

http://www.krcperformance.com/newcontent/47page.html has cams and other things that you may be interested in. Also kenne bell does an ecu reflash with is a good upgrade. i have it http://www.kennebell.net/accessories...optimizer2.htm i reccomend it. if you dont want to spend that much. check out airram.com he has intakes and the powerwire which can give you up to 10hp at WOT. also gibson makes headers and several companies make catbacks. i have the kenne bell, the jeep HO cams (you can get them at the first link i posted) the jeep ho intake manifold ( http://buymopar.com/store/magnum.html scroll down), gibson headers, and a full dual exhaust and royal purple ATF and keep with my friends 04 hemi quad cab 4x4 in my 02 4.7 quad cab 4x4. you can get more power and beat hemi's with better gearing (i still have my stock gears.) and also get a higher performance cam. hope this helps

Yeah, just bought my pulley from a guy on Dodge Talk, only $100. Cant wait. Now save up for this thing, only $400 for another 30hp and atleast 30lbs ft torque.
