I am new here and want some advice on cherry bomb mufflers. What will one sound like on my 2006 4x4 ram QC 4.7?? I am thinking of putting one on my stock exhaust because I dont want a loud truck just a deeper rumble. Any help is appreciated.

 

they are loud and crackly, try to remove the tailpipe and put a turndown on your muffler. there is a resonator after the muffler that dampens quite a bit of the noise.

 

Thanks alot for your help. Do you mean to use the stock muffler and removing the tailpipe? Or doing this in addition to the cherry bomb? Which is easiest to do? And cheapest? Thanks again sty
