Most likely a muffler and two resonators, I believe that the cat-back would eliminate the resonators.

What's up nash....totally agree with the exhaust swap. But, it depends on what you're going for. If you're going on the cheaper side it might be best to just cut the resonator off and just weld in a piece of pipe. The resonator holds back alot of that Hemi sound. A decent system is going to run you 300 to 400 bucks. I went with Magnaflow on my '05 and love it. It keeps things nice and quiet in the cab when going down the highway, but sounds great when you open up the throttle. Some guys go with Flowmaster or Borla. Everyone's got an opinion! Suggest you go with a direct flow air filter also....makes the exhaust sound even better! Hope this helps.

if you were looking for something cheaper, like i did, you can just buy a single muffler, take the whole exhaust system out yourself, or cut the old muffler out and put the new one in and just go to the autopart store to get extension pipe (mostly like the new muffler will be shorter than the stock one) and you can use the same method to remove to resonators (cut out and put pipe in its place). I have a flowmaster 10 series right after the cat and no pipe after it, in my opinion it sounds better than pipes because it creates a lower sound and echos off the bottom of the bed. You can do it yourself to save money, clamp everything together and bring it to a shop and have them weld it.

either Cat, muffler and resonator, or two resonators and muffler. Anyway, I would go 50 series HD or Super 40s both of which are Flowmaster systems. The Magnaflow are nice but they have sounded hollow on many of the systems I have heard. Anyway man, whatever you choose I'm super it sounds awesome. Rock on dude, also, could you post the links to the sound clips you heard? I'd appreciate it! Thanks alot.

Flow master makes the 50 series specific for the 06 HEMI. cat back. the 40 series will lower your MPG on the 06. at least that is what the dude told me at Trucks N More in Augusta GA. I got the 50 and am pleased.
