Default coil springs on '03 QC

Does anyone know why the coil springs on the front of the '03 trucks come in two different styles? I bought a set yesterday to pick the front of my truck back up to normal ride height (the coils are weak and the front has sagged over two inches). The driver's side is a different part number and price from the passenger side. I am guessing this has to do with torque load or something like that? Anyway, I hope this helps the front. I can't stand the way it is squatting. I measured mine and only had 34 1/2" of ride, with only a little more than 3" between the top of the tire and the fender. I went to the dealership and measured a new '06 and a couple of '04's and '03's that were in the shop. The '03's were sitting low, but above 5", everything else was dead on 37", and had over 5" between the tire and fender. The mechanic looked it up and said it looked like 37" was supposed to be standard on all models '03 and up. BTW, this is for a 2wd QC with the HEMI. I don't use the truck to pull much and it has never been wrecked. The truck has over 96,000 miles on it.
