Yes a second opinion would be nice, TRX4 has piqued my interest but I need confirmation.

Also did you guys order the muffer directly from Aero Turbine and if so how much was shipping? And what did installation run?

Do a search for Aero Turbine, one of the threads has a link to another forum where everyone is loving the Aero exhaust. There are other peeps on this board as well that use the 3030. I ordered my muffler from Truck Tuner It ran me $176.00, they have it listed for 196.00 if you give them a call I bet they would give you the 176.00 also. I did not pay shipping as www.TruckTuner.com is located about 60 Miles from where I live so I just picked it up in person when I had to run to the city anyways.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you guys!... Well I got the Turbing 3030 put on and LOVE IT!!... It had a great power increase and GREAt sound! (I had a 2002 with the 5.9 that I put the Flowmaster 40 series on and it sounds way better than that did)... I did mine differently though... I Heard that if you take of the res it will be a lot louder... so I figured this was a v8 why not let it breath and sound like one!.... well I ran the single 3030 then y'd it into duals (And took out the rear resanator) LOOKS REALLY CLEAN!... I will post pictures when I get them... it is loud but not horrible... it really does sound great!... remember I have a 06 Ram with the Hemi.... [sm=badbadbad.gif]

I just installed an AT 3030 in my 06 Hemi QC 4x4 - I kept the resonators in, I also was able to save the old muffler - good thing too, I can't handle the resonance inside the cab, it may not be that bad for most people but my 47 year old ears are not liking what I'm hearing... I had the AT clamped in place in case I was going to change it out, I had two pieces of pipe mandrel bent to replace the OEM muffler exactly - the three peices are for sale if any one wants them - the muffler was installed last Friday (August 18th) and will be coming off tomorrow (Aug 22nd) - call me at 617.513.7407 or email me at davecastine@gmail.com - I'm located in Wakefield, MA

 

Just put my OEM muffler back on this AM (ahhh - peacful again- I have an AT3030 slightly used (4 days old) - ready for sale... $50.00 (you just need to heat up the ends to get the remnants of the old pipes out...) - Dave
