Yes you will feel the extra HP. A good set of headers can give you 20-30HP. Good headers can be found from dynatech, hedman, gibson, and there are many brands to choose from. And just because a one set is more expensive then the other doesn't make then better. I myself am probably going to get hedman headers.

I think "depending on what headers you choose" you can see a solid 15-20HP gain, maybe even 25hp. If you are going the header route, make sure the rest of your exhaust system is up to the task. After Market muffler should be a must and consider some hi performance cat's as well, I think magnaflow has a replacement Y-pipe as well or you could have one made for you at the local shop.

I want the dynatechs. They got the whole setup. stainless headers, 2 high flow cats(one for each side) and Y pipe. Bolts straight up with no cutting or welding( I like DIY stuff). Only thing is they are high as hell, bout $1300-$1400 for everything, but its a sweet setup. They are full length btw.

Gains with shorty headers with mufflers behind them are usually about 2-3%

Full length headers without mufflers on street engines usually gain about 4-5%
