Default 2006 QC Leaking At A Pillar Handle!!

Got in the truck this morning after a bad night of rain. To notice a puddle of water in the passenger side floor board and also the seat. Called dealer up to bring truck in to have fixed (only had truck 1 month) he said fine no prob. He asked if I had someone to pick me up, so I told him no that I want a loaner. Come to find out they only have 5 loaners and they just so happen to all go out this morning. But the service manager was telling me that this is common with these trucks. That the screws that go through the pillar come loose and leak. I asked him why they cant come up with a fix to a loose screw in a 36 thousand dollar truck. Like even put silicon on it. He told me that it was more complicated then that. Have any of you guys seen this problem?
