my truck is a reg cab 06 2500 slt 4x4 5.7 6sp...
If the hemi and six speed were in a 1500, I would have bought it, Some say the 6sp is made by mercedes Benz, I'm not so sure on that one, or if the six speed manual is the same for 5.9 5.7 and 4.7, I find the six speed is noisey, but I'm getting used to it, you don't have a true 6 sp like a car, 1 is really low, 2nd is really 1 rst for every day driving, it throws you off at first ( not the gear ) Clutch is awsome and the the six speed trans is very forgiving if you miss a gear ( could be the torque of the 5.7 ) I like the six sp. manual and with a 4.7 and six speed, you would have a great truck, Drive a Dakota with a 4.7 and six speed .....
