Does anyone know of a place I can find the average costs per mile that it costs me to run a 2003 5.7L Hemi? I need this for work, i have looked at AAA.com and consumerreports.org but have had no luck, please let me know guys.

Here is Edmunds' True Cost to Own. Hopefully this will help.

Here is an article on calculating costs to operate from the Minnesota DOT

There are many more if you do a search on a search engine. These are two that I found to be informative and interesting reading.

If you are using this for a deduction you will need the Government rate, which is not the actual rate for a Ram. I think it is $0.405 a mile now, but you can find it at the IRS website.

Just Google "IRS Mileage". Looks like $0.445 for 2006.

thanks, this will help me out a lot. I can show my boss and he'll realize that just paying me at cost for fuel isnt working. It did for a while but then I got my tranny flushed and now i'm broke so he needs to wise up or this Hemi will suffer and that wont happen.
