Trust me, I understand. When I went to undergrad I had 2 part time jobs and a full time school schedule. You'll appreciate it more when you are making some money.

Please update us when you have the opportunity to approach this. I'm a little curios what you find. I've been through countless puddles (due to all the rains we've had up here) at various speeds, and had no problem what-so-ever with mine. I'm nearing the 30k mark on the original belt.

cruised by my local autozone to get the guy's opinion ... said the belt looked fine but that it was much to easy to move the tensioner back and forth ... either way i'm guessing i'd have to replace both cuz recycling belts probably isn't a great idea

for low flyer:

i saw the I and II markings on the pulley but couldn't find the arrow ... the I and II weren't near the top though .. they were in the lower half of the pulley as i look down at it

This is probably a simple fix by replacing tensioner, but your description of what yours looks like has me wondering if it was assembled or put on correctly. All of those markings are supposed to be on the top (that's what the manual says and is the way mine is, haven't checked any others). Just a thought, probably not a helpful thought though. Good luck.
