You should be able to work the headlight out and the new one in without breaking the seal BUT if you cant seem to get it to go in contact me and I can hook you up with a stip of the industrial grade Double sided tape "PLASTIC GOO" that we use...

I do know several people who have drilled two holes at the top and bottom and used self tapping screws and large washers instead of the tape... some like that method better... Its up to you.

lets see some pictures of your scoop installed?

Yea i planned on taking pictures last night and the batteries on the digital camera died. Snapped one of the jetscoop. Ill be posting some in the next few days. Thx for the fast shipping and great customer service. Seems like this will be a great addition. Although, I didnt realize how restrictive the airway is where the air can actually enter the passenger side - the scoop is big, but airway to the fender wall seems small.

Ill post what my mpg gain is after a few weeks, but i think this will be great. BTW i did disco the batter last night, based on your recommendation. This morning with the jet scoop installed i did gain a point, after a few weeks i anticpate the average will go up.

Thx again,

Boyd

That area is not that small... The JET STREAM will move enough air to drop the air temps in the passengers side wheel well 1-2 degrees below ambient... It takes allot of air flow to do that... And to consider the scoop actualy dropping your overall underhood temps 15-20 degrees indicates that the JET STREAM is in fact moving a considerable amount of cooler outside air into that area. I look forward to seeing your pictures...
