I have a 6" superlift on my 02 ram and everytime I turn into a parking lot or up a driveway to the right my rear right makes a loud creaking noise. What can be causing this? The second noise comes from when im driving and when ever I turn my wheel the right even if its just a little bit the front right make a little squeaking noise. Any sugestions? Also what would be the best bilstein shocks(part#) to get with my 6"lift? The superlift shocks suck.

sounds like sway arm bushings. I had the same problem and I replaced them. Squeek went away
