2002 5.9 plugs & wires need firing order
I just completed a tune up on my truck, including oil, oil filter, air filter, rotor, distributor cap, wires and plugs also added some fuel system cleaner. After I was done, the truck started right up but immediately began to back fire and pop tremendously. Also the truck
had very little power or pick up and was very bouncy? I think maybe I replaced the wires in the wrong configuration or the wires might be cross firing or it could be the Bosch +4 plugs. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong? And does anyone have the firing order and wiring diagram for the 2002 5.9 Ram 1500? I need help. Thank you. Vincent

those bosch+2 and +4 are a gimmic. . .the only good ones are single electrode plugs. got them in my little yoda, do a pretty good job.
trade back in your old plugs and see what happens.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. The
wires were indeed put back in out of order and
when I re-wired them correctly, all of the problems
ceased to exist. The truck is running better than
ever now. Thanks again.
