Spin Tech Exhaust?????
I know, I know....... Another exhaust thread. [sm=chairshot.gif]
But I wanted to find out if anyone has used Spin Tech mufflers on their Ram? I have used them on my '70 Buick GS455 and I love them. And I was going to use them on my '03 Ram 4.7L and was curious if anyone else has done it. Let me know...... Thanks

I have heard a 5.9V8 Ram pickup with a Spintech muffler and thought it was a lot louder than the two DynoMax Ultraflo stainless steel mufflers I have in series, but for a 'fair test' it should have been two Spintechs with one as the main muffler and another as a 'resonator' tip.
Dr Boyd Butler (trade name Dr Gas)
is a real doctorate in engineering
and really nice to talk to.
I chatted with him for about 10 minutes at a SEMA show several years ago and was very impressed.
I have to admit that the way Spintech mufflers are made with the spirals inside they should probably last forever - longer than the fiber stuffed Ultraflos.
Here's an article on Dr Gas:
