20K. Nasty steering wheel vibration just barely upon initial brake application; disappears upon further braking force. Rotors turned once, OK, recurrence 2500 miles later. Toe-in increased. Vibration reduced, but still present. Ceramic pad buildup? Should I switch to metallic pads, or drilled/slotted rotors? Or, what?

Bite the bullet and put some slotted rotors on. The Dodge rotors seem to have a problem to keep from warping. My OEM rotors warped at 4K, then again at 17K, and for a 3rd time at 29K. At that point, I opted to install PowerSlot rotors and Hawk pads. I've got 65K on the odo now, and she brakes clean and smooth.
