Emissions Problem

Does anyone have diagram of how all the vacuum hoses connect up for the Natural Vacuum Leak Detection system on a 2005 Dodge RAM? I have installed HEMI from a 2005 RAM in a Jeep and I need to trick the PCM into thinking the Natural Vacuum Leak Detection unit is working OK. I have the electrical schematic but I am not quite sure how to match up the vacuum hoses.
