Ok guys, who else bought a 02 dodge 4x4 3500 dually V10. This was my biggest mistake ever.Sence i biught the truck it has had a lack of power so bad that if the dualls try to go up a curb from a stop you have to put it in 4 low . the check engine light has been on since i got the truck and has been in the shop 6 times and they say there is no prob the have changed the crank position sencer and the plugs fuel pump and filters and suggestions other than buying a cummins WHICH I SHOULD HAVE DONE>>>>thanks

 

oh yeah and it only gets 8 mpg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!at 3 bucks a gallon i thing that extra 10k for the diesel would have been worth it.

 

I have a friend who just bought a 3500 cummins turbo diesel. He tows a 21 foot fifth wheel and gets 16.6 mpg. I'm lucky if I see 12 in my 1500 hemi. Diesel is the way to go for good mileage.

 

yep yep yep, deisel but i do drive a Hemi, i mean I get about 14mpg but deisel is the way to go.

 

My V10 gets about 11 MPG, but I have lots o power
