Default Hemi in Beach-side fender bender

I was on my way to Galveston (about 60 miles from Houston) and by the time I reached town I had driven 55 miles. I did 70 the whole way there on the freeway and when I slow down on the feeder some guy doesnt check his mirrors to make a lane change and gets into my path. I didnt have a chance. I mean you cant stop from 45-0 in 6 inches. He clipped my passenger side right on the Hemi badge. he swapped paint on the bumper and dented where it said Hemi. I mean, as soon as I pulled in I was like "Thats great, its like running 10 miles only to break your leg in the last 10 feet." It's okay, the guy admitted that it was his fault. I got it in writing and he signed it so its his pocket book. I'll post pics as soon as I sort things out with the insurance company. The thing that made me proud to own a truck was when I looked at my dent (about the size of someone's palm) and then i looked at his front driver's side fender and saw that there was a HUGE crease from where I got him. The bigger body always wins and thats why i will only drive a Dodge truck. I may drive other cars but when it comes to trucks, its all Dodge.

Sorry to hear about the clip. At least the other guy was honest about admitting it was his fault.

Hope you got a police report with that. Signed documents on the side of the road can be dismissed in court rather easily.
