I installed a new muffler on my Powerwagon... A Gibson Extreme Dual. Love the sound it makes, not so sure the neighbours will appreciate it though. At freeway cruise, interior noise is just like stock, around town its a little louder, but not enough to be annoying... Windows down is wreaking havoc on my fuel consumption as I just have to set those decibels free with my right foot

Install was okay once I'd got the old muffler off. The factory cinch the clamps down so frick'n tight the pipes get crimped together. I managed to cut some slots in the pipe (length-wise) to relieve the pressure enough to remove it. I've one adjustment to make to the drivers side outlet and then I'll post some pictures.

Does it clear the spare tire, no problem?

 

It clears the spare by about 2 inches. I did reposition the spare closer to the rear bumper to ensure adequate clearance...
