Silly question but...............have you checked the obvious, like the oil level?
If your low in capacity, your oil pressure might not be what it should be?

Oil level?
Using a filter without a check valve?
Beginning to sludge? I suppose that could cause low pressure at startup.....
Just floating out some WAGs...

Oil level is good and changed way more often than needed. The noise goes away in one or two seconds. Its just alot of noise and sounds like a POS when someones walking buy.

What is a check valve oil filter? I just use the 10 dollar fram double guard and mobil one 5w30 ???

The check valve is basically a little flapper in the filter that keeps oil from syphoning back down to the pan, leaving the oil filter (and possibly upper engine pathways) dry during startup. Don't know that it would help much, considering the filter placement in an 03, but who knows? Can't hurt.... I thought FRAM PH16's had them...(which is what you're using in the Double Guard...)

Maybe you have a bum oil pump or a slighltly clogged pickup screen/tube? Again, a WAG.

The only other thing I can think of, since you mention you bought it used, is that the previous owner mistreated it in some way... neglecting maintainence or driving it like he stole it..... or both!
