Default Mid Range Throttle Lag?

I've noticed that when under fairly firm acceleration, if I lift a little on the throttle, the truck acts like it got an extra shot of power. If I push back down on the pedal, it seems to bog down a little. Anyone know a reason for this? I don't know if I described the situation very well, but maybe some of you have felt it, too.

By the way, I am talking about the gas pedal, not the brake pedal.

Default RE: Mid Range Throttle Lag?

Our **** computers do crazy stuff.

When you are wide open throttle, the computer tries to give the air fuel mixture addaptives over to the o2 sensors and probably richens up the mixture.

When you lift a little, the computer thinks you are out of WOT and leans it out to make more power.

Just a guess.
