See you guys around...

RE: See you guys around...
Sucks that you were forced to sell the truck. I personally will never be without a pickup again. I got rid of one once for a sports car and regretted it. The car was fun but a truck can be not only fun, but practical. Think of the money and time you save when you need to haul stuff around with a truck. Good luck with the car. I'm sure you'll be back in a truck again though.

Ha Ha, I have just done the same thing...got rid of a 2000 Chev V8 Silverado by trading in on an 04 GTO in Dec 04...missed having a pickup so I traded in the goat on the 06 Dodge Ram 1500 on Jul 30, 06. Had a pickup since 1965 except for this past year and a half...can't live without one!!!

I have both, my Saturn to commute and my Ram for hauling my quads. It's not Bush's fault you had to sell your pickup, gas/oil are commodities sold worldwide, political influence has little or nothing to do with the gas/oil world markets, it's the most classic example of supply and demand.

Sorry you had to get rid of your truck. If you wanted to keep it that bad I'm sure you could have found a way. I like the new car though. Keep the rubber side down!
