Well today some jerk changed lanes without looking and I have a nice groove from his mirror running all the way down my passenger side. Just sucks cause to me my truck will just never be the same, and the damage really wasn't that bad, but I'll always know it was fixed and I'll constantly be looking at it wondering if it's returned to it's original state. I just can't believe the way people drive in Las Vegas, I moved here 3 years ago from Wisconsin in the Madison area and I've seen more accidents in 3 years than I did in 20 years in Wisconsin, and driving in Vegas is nothing like Madison, Vegas driving is easy everything is flat and straight, I just don't see what people's problems are here. It's just ridiculous, anyway just ignore me, just felt like ranting.

 

I know exactly how you feel, some illegal immigrant, no insurance having vietnamese woman ran her rattle can painted POS Maxima down the side of my truck. Just enough damage to **** you off and like you said its never gonna be the same, atleast not in our eyes.

 

I was at a bar a couple months ago for Kareoke night, and when I came out to my truck, someone had thrown a tree trunk at it (appx. 100lb) and put a nice fist sized dent in the drivers side just above the rear wheel-well. They then continued to throw rocks at the drivers side door, front fender, and front bumper. Everything was fixed a week later, but my truck was in the shop for two weeks. Luckily the body shop did an excellent job, and completely repainted my entire truck, so it looks like brand new again. I still have the pictures that just make me mad everytime I look at them. Too bad there were no cameras in that particular part of the parking lot.

What people dont know is that some people are freaks about their vehicles. Well I am really bad, I wash my truck sometimes 3 times a week! I cant stand a dirty truck, so it stays clean every second. I also know every flaw of my truck, so I know when something is new or not. I know I am not the only one that is very protective of his truck, it's just that some people dont care.
