Default Fuel Genie?

Hey Guys,

I know we are all looking for the best way to conserve fuel with the increasing high prices, I have just found this recently and I am considering it for my 06 QC 4X4 Sport with 20's. Has anyone had any experience with this product or a similar product? Here is the website, I play touch football with a sales rep for the company and he is giving me a really good deal $50 installed.

www.thefuelgenie.com

Thanks,

Drew

Wow! That looks great!!!!

I would get it if I were you... I'd put it in inline with a Tornado fuel saver, though, that way you can double your fuel savings. Go get it and report back.

This thing looks to be using the same concept as TBS's. I don't think I would use it as people on the site have said Throttle Body Spacers are a no no. I'm not sure what part of using them is a no no though....anyone that knows want to chime in.

You do understand that the tornado does crap for your vehicle and if anything makes it worse off than it was stock right? and this "fuel genie" is just a knock off of the tornado, hell its the exact same thing the oly difference is the look and name. Dont get it its a waste of time and money unless you feel that you need to test it out for some reason or another but its crap.

It looks like it's a copy of the worthless Tornado fuel saver. Save your money as I have never heard anyone say they work as advertised, except the people who sell them.

Some of thos testimonials gave me a good laugh- "I used to get 425kms to a tank, now I get 625kms"

Yea right. If it were that easy, wouldn't new car manufacturers put them in?

IMO it looks like the Tornado which I've heard does nothing.

Remember the old adage " if it sounds too good to be true, than it probably is"...these things are "junk", just another gimmick!
Hey I got a pet rock and a round beach blanket for sale....you interested?

Not sure I understand the round beach towel thing.

I think there was a story on one of the news channels that pretty much called all of these devices junk and that it was unfortunate that someone wasn't being put in jail for selling them.

"AND ALL THIS FOR JUST 89.95" It would be an even better laugh if it was made by Ronco

Don't bother buying it. It provides no performance or fuel mileage benefits. In fact it really could end up costing you BIG BUCKS if a chunk breaks off and ends up stuck in one of the valves or worse yet, lodged in the top of a piston-----Oh MAN, now I'm scaring myself!!!!
