Yesterday some f$%&* tried to steal my truck. We came out of the store just as he was climbing out of the truck. He either saw us or decided he couldn't do it. In the process he busted the trim panel the goes on the bottom of the steering column. I don't want to make a claim because it will probably cost me more than the part. I was trying to avoid the dealer and tried Ebay with no luck. Any ideas on where to get a part like this. I was going to try a few junk yards in the next day or two.

That really sucks, but at least you still have your truck. Seriously, you'd prob spend more time & money checking junk yards, than the part would be at the dealer. I can't see it being more than about $20 or so. good luck
