Default Clanking noise in suspension?

I got in my truck yesterday, 04 1500 (which was perfectly fine the day before) and all of a sudden it has sever clanking and vibration in the left front suspension when the wheel is turned slightly and when turning. Everything looks ok but something is definitely wrong. Taking it to the dealer Monday, but any ideas what it could be?

For the clanking noise, a worn belt tensioner can be causing that. The vibaration could also be caused by a play in the front suspension crossmember.
