Default Lack of power?

Hey guy's, I know this has been played out to no end, but I've noticed that my Hemi doesnt seem to have a lot of power off the line.
It fly's other than off the line, but I cant even spin the tire's from a dead stop. I was told it could be because I have the Anti-Spin differential,
but I really doubt it. I have 3.92 gears, and it's a QC 4x4 Hemi. It should definetly have the power to lay rubber. I do however find though that if I do manage to spin them once.. I can spin them a bit easier for a few feet from a dead stop.. but nothing spectacular. I installed a switch that disabled my torque management, and even then it STILL didn't spin the tires off the line, although it did make the shifts a lot firmer and faster.

I tried resetting my computer aswell..

Any clue what to do? / any suggestions?

Stillbourne...............has it ever laid rubber from a stop?
Be careful how you answer.............I mean laid rubber on a good dry asphalt surface from a stop?
Reason I ask, is my 03 will not lay rubber in good conditions on dry asphelt either.
I can't dissable my torque management system with the wire mod as I have the newer 4 lead PCM I think it's generally called the TNG PCM.
I put it down to QC's 4X4's being heavy and all, and it being realistically unreasonable, to expect a xxxxlb truck to brake em' loose.
I can peel away on a slight turn in the dry, power brake and especially in the wet, but not as outlined above.
I guess shedding a couple of hundred pounds or Superchips and NOS, oh and 4:56's in some combination would do it for you.

I am able to spin fairly easily from a stand still, pointed straight. I can also break at least one loose from 10-15mph under reasonable conditions. I have a little trouble on wet pavement all the way up to 30 mph if I'm trying to really get moving. They keep trying to break loose.

I think tires may have quite a bit to do with it also. I have the brand new and crappy Goodyear Wrangler RT/S in 265/17. I think a better tire may have better traction on asphalt and concrete.

I haven't done anything to my truck other than the $50 Chrome Intakes WAI (Warm Air Intake) and reset the PCM. I did drive it harder for a little while after I reset the PCM. I think it helped my shift points a little, but I have no sound, scientific basis for that observation. The intake seems to have added a little power and had a more noticeable difference on mileage. I took it on a longer trip up and down some hills (not mountain hills) and into the wind got 18.5 hand calculated mpg. I'll take that any day with 350 hp.
