any one have a 2006 with the factory navigation system
and have a wood grain panel around it?

i have the reg radio with wood grain trim
and will be ordering the new panel\bezel piece from dodge
if its available in the same wood grain- I would like to get it
instead of just the slate grey one

those of you wondering about adding an aftermarket DoubleDin Nav\Video unit to your 06 ram
you can order the new panel thru dodge- its like $50.-
then just get Metra 99-6510 install kit
your unit will fit properly and look factory

My Dodge dlr said 100 bucks for the bezel I have been looking at the Kenwood dpx701 head unit and was worried if it would fit properly in the factory nav opening . So what dealer has the bezel for 50$ I would like to know .

just like the new ford radios this chrysler DD size is actually slightly larger than DD
so you need to use an aftermarket dash kit still- so there will be no gap
currently avail thru metra
