Default Noise from the rear

I just bought a 03 Ram 4x4 "Off Road" with a 4.7 and every morning when I back our of my driveway and when I cut my wheel I hear a noise that sounded like at first the fuel slosshing around in the tank, but the more I listen to it, it almost sounds like some sort of my suspension piece is not tight and is causing a shifting of something on the rear axle. This truck has had overload air bags put on it, not sure if that has anything to do with the noise. Has anyone had any similar noise from the rear and found out/fixed what they are??

I had that in my old Jeep. I never did find out what it was, but I think it was either some worn bushings or the crappy shocks that were on it.
