Default LED tail light w/ seperate wiring

Ok, i've ordered some LED tail lights for my '03 2500 Quad Cab. These lights include the orignal tail light bar (Turn, Brake, and Reverse Bulbs) but as you can see in the picture below, there is also a ring of LED's around the Brake and Turn lights. These LED's are wired to a red, black and white set of wires. Which brings me to my question; does anyone have expirience wiring up these lights? If so, is it best to use an inline splice to the wiring harness? Also, does anyone have a wiring diagram of what each wire going into the tail light assembly does? Thanks.

Email the dealer. They should be able to tell you exactly how to install that specific part to your specific application.
