I installed a lowering kit and since then my cruise control stopped working. I tried restetting the computer and it would come on then go back off. I never got a code until now. It shows P1501. I know this is Speed Cotrol failure, but my question is does anyone how to fix this problem? I know if I take it to the dealer they will say its caused by my suspension modification.

I thought I have repiled to your post before but I guess not. When I lowered my truck there is a sensor on your rear axle and if you don't extend that wire it is possible that it will rub and possibly rub through thus making your speed sensor go buck wild. It can make your speedo vary rapidly along with your rpms. I hope this helps let me know.
