Door dings!!!!!!

Default Door dings!!!!!!

It seems that no matter where i park i always get a door ding ive got them low and high on bed and doors... i have a quad cad 03 hemi thats gray so its easy to see them. was just wondering if anyone has gotten them taken out and how much it would cost? i cant stand looking at them...

They make a suction cup that you can place over those dents and probably pull them out assuming that they aren't too deep. If you don't have to spray paint then the repair at a shop shouldn't be too pricey.

i have a friend who had ALOT of small ones pulled out of his truck when he bought it for $220.

Yeah I stay out of the bodyshop business at work most of the time, but my guess was around $200 but if you are looking for an estimate..........

My advice: look into a place that specializes in 'paintless dent removal'. They do very good work - assuming that the dent hasn't damaged the paint, and that it's not too deep - and cost is quite reasonable. Around NW Ohio, 'Dent Wizzard' is the place to go. If I remember right, they charge around $100 for the first ding and $50 for each other ding, in the same body panel.

big ones and some moderate sized ones can be removed by using a toilet plunger (yes....redneck, I know.) I've done it before and it works but your forearms will hurt like a b*tch afterwards because it takes a lot of effort to pull them out. If not, get a rubber mallet and remove the door panel. You can beat some of them out from the inside.
