Default Gas fumes

I've been towing a travel trailer for almost a year now and haven't had any problems until recently. On a return trip from San Antonio to Tulsa my truck started to smell of gas fumes (not exhaust, gas) inside and out. I can't smell it when I'm under the hood, but if I go to the back or underneath the rear wheel wells, I can smell gas. It only smells when it's running or right after it's been shut off. If it sits for awhile (overnight), it doesn't smell at all. I've been underneath and looked at the gas tank and all the fuel lines to and from the engine, but nothing appears to be out of the ordinary. While I was in Texas, I did have to fill up with ethanol a time or two. There's no gas leaking either. Anybody else had this problem? I'm at a loss here. [sm=headbang.gif]
