MEGACAB suspension lift

I have a 2006 Ram 1500 megacab with the Hemi. I'm looking for a cheap lift of 6"....What's out there...All i've seen are lifts that are too expensive i'm trying to find a lift for $1500 - $1800 installed. Any info would be help full. I'm also looking to put 37's...which tire is the best?
