Programmers - Nonadjustable Gear Ratios?

Programmers - Nonadjustable Gear Ratios?
I'm trying to decide on which programmer to get, but I'm seeing most of them for my 2005, Hemi Ram does not include a feature for changing the gear ratios to 4.56 from stock. Is this correct? Or just a typo on the manufactures websites? Any of you guys out there that have programmers (hypertech, superchip, etc.) that can or have changed your gear ratios? Thanks for any info.

It is not necessary on our trucks to make any changes to the PCM or anything when you swap gears. That is why it is not included with any of the tuners for our truck.
