I just wanted to point out (after my fiasco at Discount Tire, with them putting the tire BACK on my truck that had the screw in it still-but I got a brand new tire at no charge for the mistake) that I use that little space in my center console for the key lock for the wheels. I know some models of Rams have a plug-in there, but mine just has a little black cap over it, I pry that out and store my wheel lock key in there so I always have it but it most likely won't be stolen. Just thought I'd tell you guys if you haven't already thought of it.

Open the middle console, it is on the drivers side of the console at the front...there's a little black cap you can pry out, the cap takes the place of a 12v outlet...
