Just out of curiosity, why would you need shocks already? Your truck is practically brand new. According to the dealership, the one's you have installed already (Mopar) cost approximately 90.00 a piece.....
IMO
the truck has too bouncy of a ride for my liking
especially on the highway - some of the bumps you hit makes
the truck bouce up and down 3-4 times b4 going back to smooth
this is way to soft -- almost like it has weak to almost blown shocks
its been like this since test drive and im at 700mi now
this is just my personal preference Im sure some people like the soft boucy ride

i just put bilsteins on my f350 and it did make a positive improvement
in ride quality
end of last year i put procomp 3000 shock on my 2000 ram and I dont like
those at all- degraded the ride quality- i think they are too firm for that truck
they may be fine on a bit heavier truck
I put rancho 5000 on a past truck and I guess i would describe them as avarage
but i dont think the 5000 are anything like the 9000--so no help there
Im thinking from reading alot of other peoples evalutations and my own experience
Ill wait a couple months for bilsteins

I have found that the OEM shocks , although not worn out, give a poor, bouncy ride. They are new, just a low grade shock. I personally will wait on the Bilstiens as thier previous performance has sold me. The Rancho shocks are very popular with the offroad crowd. I'm a street rider that likes a solid, controlled ride.
