The mopar fog light kit for roughly 140 includes a dash mounted toggle switch to control the lights. I know that you can purchase the correct switch for around 40 and the switch wiring harness for around 20 these are at a popular online dodge site that sells parts. The wiring is mostly there a few fuses and a little work and away you go.

Hope that helps,

Ryan

Unfortunately for me my harness didn't have the plug by the front wheel well so it actually had to be spliced in. If you have that harness the stock switch with the fog light switch in it ($46) can be used and installed by you easily. I was in a position where I used the dash mount (installed by the dealer) and I love it. The money was more than worth it. Good luck in whatever you do.
